Privacy Policy
Zero data transmitted. Complete local privacy by architecture.
Tensai operates entirely inside your Google Chrome browser. Your conversation context, summaries, and handoff briefings never leave your machine. No accounts, no backend servers, no analytics trackers.
1. Zero Server Architecture
Tensai is built as a zero-backend Chrome extension. Tensai does not own, lease, or operate any databases, telemetry endpoints, or cloud servers. When you use Tensai to bridge context between Claude and ChatGPT, all processing-including token estimation, text compression, and DOM insertion-runs on your local device.
2. Data Storage & Lifecycle
All transient conversation states and handoff briefings are saved in Chrome’s isolated memory scope (chrome.storage.session).
- Session storage automatically clears whenever your browser closes.
- Data is restricted exclusively to your local Chrome profile.
- No third parties or remote endpoints have access to your stored turns.
3. Extension Permissions
To perform context sync, Tensai requests access to specific host domains:
Used to read completed response turns and detect Claude context limit warnings.
Used to populate the ChatGPT prompt draft box for seamless context continuation.
4. Questions & Support
If you have any questions regarding privacy or technical implementation, visit the support page.
